Quick introduction of who I am and why blogging?
I spent 25+ years in corporate America in a variety of functions related to manufacturing and/or engineering (John Deere, Cessna Aircraft, Lincoln Industrial, Insituform Technologies). I have led changes in corporate restructuring, implemented new business processes, as well as leveraged intrapreneuring methodologies to shift long standing product design paradigms that continue to yield large scale corporate profits. My education includes a degree in Civil Engineering and a MBA from Webster University in St Louis.
My passions are about managing change and innovation. Changing and/or innovating organizational structure, product designs, processes and systems keep companies relevant and prosperous. My ability to lead the process and facilitate change combined with my experience leading organizations on a global stage are critical as my partners and I grow our management consulting practice- Experience on Demand.
"Experience Innovation" is designed to share future practices, along with application insights for managing and leading the innovation process. I hope the blog's relevance grows as the information posted provides leading edge concepts, thought provoking debates and quick hits for practical immediate ideas to help readers.
